Power Supply Specifications

• Internal Power Drive: Draws 5V DC (15 mA) directly from the PLC base unit via the extension bus ribbon cable. 
• External Power Drive: Requires an external 24V DC (+20% / -15%) power supply, drawing approximately 50 mA to drive its analog conversion circuitry. 
• Isolation Infrastructure: Features a built-in phototransistor/photocoupler to insulate the analog inputs from the PLC core, and a DC/DC converter to isolate the analog electronics from the 24V DC power supply unit.
