NSK NF2 Grease

NSK Grease NF2, NSK Grease NF2 80 gram Tube. 

NSK NF2 Grease is a high-performance, synthetic lubricant designed for ball screws and linear guides, particularly those subject to fretting corrosion and oscillating movements. Its anti-fretting properties and wide temperature range make it suitable for demanding industrial applications.

  • Composition: NSK NF2 uses a high-grade synthetic hydrocarbon oil as its base and a diurea (urea composite) organic compound as its thickener.
  • Temperature range: The recommended operating temperature for NSK NF2 grease is from -40°C to +100°C (-40°F to 212°F).
  • Performance: The synthetic oil and urea thickener provide excellent lubrication life and superior performance in both high and low temperatures.
  • Protection: It offers remarkable anti-fretting corrosion properties, which is crucial for preventing wear in applications with small, repeated movements.
  • Consistency: The NLGI Grade is 2.
  • Color: The color can appear gray or black.
  • Common packaging: 80g tubes.
Applications
NSK NF2 is the standard grease for many of NSK's miniature linear guides and ball screws. It is especially recommended for industrial machinery with the following characteristics:
