Key Functions

Purpose & Application

• What it does: The coil slips over the physical body of an electronic expansion valve. When the HVAC main board drives it with electrical pulses, it creates a magnetic field that steps an internal needle open or closed. 
• Function: This action precisely regulates the flow of refrigerant entering the evaporator, ensuring optimal cooling efficiency and precise temperature control.
