THK AFC Grease is a synthetic, urea-based grease specifically formulated for use in THK linear motion systems that experience high speeds and micro-vibrations. Its composition of high-grade synthetic oil, a urea-based consistency enhancer, and special additives provides it with unique performance characteristics. 

• Fretting resistance: AFC grease contains special additives that make it highly effective at preventing fretting corrosion, a type of wear damage caused by small-amplitude, oscillatory motion.
• Wide temperature range: With a service temperature range of -54°C to 177°C, the high-grade synthetic base oil ensures consistent lubricating performance in both low and high-temperature environments.
• High oxidation stability: Unlike standard soap-based greases, AFC grease has excellent anti-oxidation stability. This gives it a long service life and reduces maintenance requirements.
• High-speed and micro-vibration performance: It is specifically designed to perform under the demanding conditions of high-speed applications and micro-vibrations.
• NLGI Grade 2: This rating indicates that the grease has a consistency suitable for many industrial applications.
• Color: The grease is brown.
