THK-AFF Grease

THK AFF Grease is a high-grade, low-dust-generating synthetic grease specifically formulated for use in clean-room applications and on linear motion systems. It is designed for linear guide rails and bearings, particularly those that require a high degree of precision and cleanliness.

• Stable rolling resistance: It produces very little variation in rolling resistance, even at low speeds, which ensures smooth and precise movement.
• Low dust generation: The formula is designed to generate minimal dust, making it ideal for clean-room environments where cleanliness is critical.
• High fretting resistance: AFF grease is highly resistant to the wear and tear caused by micro-vibrations, helping to extend the regreasing interval and the service life of components.
